At one point in my life, I was being negative toward everyone.

It cost me money and friends.

So, I decided to take control.

In this issue of the Sunday Starter, you’ll see three things that pollute our minds and what you can do to take control.

Scientists say of the ~60,000 thoughts coming and going in our heads, 70%, on average, are negative.  That’s how most humans are wired.

And of those negative thoughts, 80% are the same. We tend to ruminate on the same negative thoughts over and over and over. And it becomes a downward spiral.

The real question isn’t what’s happening to you. It’s, what are YOU going to do about it.

It’s essential we interrupt this pattern and make room for thoughts and ideas that will help us grow. Please watch the video for a great way to understand how we can overcome this, and make room for the thoughts that will enable us, and help us grow.
