But, if you are someone who is responsible for hiring and building a good quality sales team, you should stay. I can say that because I already made the “hiring mistake!” That’s where these sales interview questions came from. My failure to ask the correct questions, the first time around. And it cost me plenty of wasted salary, training costs, lost opportunities and spending time looking for new salespeople.
